Steve Avery

Steve and his wife Suzanne have three children—Miles, Falon, and Cameron. He is a career marketer and currently manages a global marketing team at International Paper.

Steve’s favorite things to do in Memphis are taking walks with his wife in scenic areas of the city and enjoying a good meal at one of his favorite restaurants. If he’s watching a movie, it is most likely an action-packed film starring Denzel Washington.

Steve loves the people and the atmosphere here at Harding Academy. His deep hope for the school is that we will continue to make our mission statement real and that our students carry this mission with them long after they’ve moved on from Harding.
