Teaching for Transformation
We inform to transform. When students in African American history learn about Ida B. Wells, they discover how to be justice seekers today. When students build robots in engineering, they explore the universal order in all of creation. Every class at Harding Academy is built for this kind of academic and spiritual growth.

UPDATE: Campuses Remain Closed Today
August 25, 2026
We regret to inform you that due to ongoing storm-related utility disruptions, Little Harding and Harding Academy will remain closed today.
Please review the following facility and schedule updates:
- Campus Status: Our Cherry Road campus remains without power. Little Harding currently has only partial power, and the air conditioning is non-operational.
- MLGW Restoration Status: Due to the extent of the damage associated with our outage, MLGW is unable to provide an estimated timeline for restoration at this time.
- Athletics: The Athletic Department will continue to assess and coordinate with opposing schools regarding athletic practices and competitions. Coaches will communicate all updates directly to families via TeamReach.
- Extracurricular Activities: All other after-school activities, practices, and events are canceled unless communicated otherwise by a sponsor or director.
- Lunch Link: Lunch Link orders for tomorrow have been canceled and will be refunded automatically.
We will continue to keep our families and staff updated as we learn more from utility crews. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.

Think College Night (Parents of Juniors & Seniors)

You’re invited to an upcoming college informational program hosted for parents of juniors and seniors called Think College Night. Think College Night will include two breakout sessions that will be offered to parents of each grade level. Sessions will equip you with the information you need to support your student’s preparedness for college. This year’s Think College Night will be held on Monday, August 31st at 6:00 p.m.
