Middle School Trips

We are happy to announce the dates for our 2023 middle school class trips! We are looking forward to these trips, and we hope they will be wonderful experiences for your children.

Please note these important dates for all trips:

• August 23 – ALL commitment forms and first payments are due
• September 6 – Refund deadline
• September 20 – Final payment due

October 1–6: 8th grade class trip to Washington, D.C. 

Eighth graders explore the nation’s capital including the National Museum of African American History & Culture, Holocaust Museum, Smithsonian Museums and National Archives, FDR Memorial, MLK Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, WWII Memorial, Vietnam and Korean War Memorials, Lincoln Memorial, Arlington Cemetery, the Capitol, and the Library of Congress. Students also stop for tours at Monticello and Mount Vernon.

October 4–6: 7th grade class trip to New Orleans

Seventh graders hit the Big Easy where they visit Mardi Gras World, Jackson Square, the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, and the World War II Museum. They also enjoy a swamp tour and a dinner cruise on the Creole Queen.

October 4–6: 6th grade class trip to St. Louis

Highlights of the sixth grade trip include the Arch, Science Center, City Museum, and St. Louis Zoo. Students also have a blast skating, playing at Dave and Buster’s, and enjoying the delicious treats at Lambert’s and Ted Drewes Frozen Custard.
