IFA presents Andrew Peterson

Nashville based author/singer song-writer Andrew Peterson spoke to all students enrolled in a fine arts course about how to integrate faith and art. Mr. Peterson played songs from his latest album, Light For The Lost Boy, which was named among USA Today’s Top Ten Albums of 2012. Andrew also read excerpts from his Christie Award Winning book series called The Wingfeather Saga. After the event, one student noted that “I want to remember what he said about how religious faith and fine arts have a line between them but it doesn’t have to be that way.” Students were inspired to take the gifts that God has given them and go out into the world making music, creating art, writing books singing songs and creating on stage all to the glory of God.
