TECH SUPPORT FAQ

Q: How do I get technical support?
A: Email tech support here.

Q: What are the support hours?
A: 7:00 AM–7:00 p.m. M-F

Q: What if I have a problem that cannot be resolved remotely?
A: Mrs. Cranford will schedule an appointment for someone from the tech department to meet you at school, if you are not sick, and if government regulation permits. Precautions for disinfection will be required.

Q: Do I need to wait on an email invitation to join a Zoom class?
A: No. You should look in Canvas 24 hours ahead of time to see if you have a Zoom meeting scheduled. At the appropriate time, click on the link posted in Canvas to join the Zoom meeting.

Q: What should I do if my home internet is out?
A: Have a parent notify Mrs. Webb here, then have a parent contact your internet service provider.

Q: What do I do if I am unable to join a scheduled Zoom meeting?
A: If you are late, try to join. If the meeting is still going on, you will be admitted. If the session has ended, have a parent notify Mrs. Webb here. If you are having other problems joining, take a screenshot of the error message. Send the screenshot with a detailed explanation here.

Q: What if I am having problems submitting an assignment in Canvas?
