Before the soccer game on Tuesday, April 12 the seniors on the team recognized and honored Jay and Amy Bethea. Amy and her daughter, Emma were escorted onto the field by seniors Luke Kolznak and Jonathan Jennings, while Jay joined via Skype.
On Thursday, April 14 students in Beginner Band performed for the classes at both of our lower school campuses.
The Commercial Appeal selected Calvin Austin as Player of the Week for track (April 14) and the Harding pitching staff Players of the Week (March 31).
On Wednesday, April 13 we were proud to present The Sanctuary Praise Band as part of our Institute for Faith and the Arts series.
Congratulations to our Canstruction Team! They won “Most Creative” and “Biggest Meal.” Harding donated 5,816 cans to the Memphis Food Bank, the equivalent of 5,008 pounds of food.
Congratulations to Caleb Cranford, Cameron Donlin and Wilson Hughes. They qualified by audition for All State Honor Choir.
Congratulations to White Station first-grader Naomi Brown who received First Prize with Special Honors at the International Youth Piano Competition in Texas. As part of her award, she received an invitation to play at Carnegie Hall in NYC this fall. Bravo, Naomi!
