Application Process

• Follow These Steps to Apply

  Step 1. Complete an online application (click here).

  As part of the application process, you will need to provide the following documents. You can upload them along with your application, or you can email them to admissions.

  – Report cards for the last two years (if applicable, depending on grade level)

  – Previous standardized test scores (if available)

  – Birth certificate

  –  Immunization record (required to be on State of Tennessee form)

  Step 2. Student assessment and testing:

  Little Harding:
  Applicants under 4 years old will complete an on-campus visit accompanied by their parents. Junior kindergarten applicants will participate in a group screening along with an individual screening designed to measure age-appropriate skills.

  Kindergarten:
  Students entering kindergarten will take the KRT. The admissions office will email you to schedule the test.

  Grades 1–12:
  Students in grades 1–12 will take a reading and math assessment administered by the admissions office. The admissions office will email you to schedule the test.

  Step 3. Student file is reviewed by the admissions office.

  Step 4. Admissions will reach out to schedule admissions interview.

  Step 5: Parents will be notified of decision.

  Step 6: Upon acceptance, complete online enrollment through FACTS.
