Herbert Kendall Named Head Football Coach

We are excited to announce our own Herbert Kendall as the new Harding Academy head football coach. Coach Kendall was the head coach for our 7th–8th grade football team as well as an assistant varsity football coach (defensive line) this past season. He has 16 years of coaching experience, 12 of those as a head coach, and played defensive back for Memphis State University 1989–1992. Many of our students and families already know and love Coach Kendall and his family, and we are excited for him to lead our football Lions. 

Coach Kendall said he was reminded of Jeremiah 29:11—”‘For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.'”
