Sports Physicals for SY2019-2020

For your convenience, Harding Academy will offer sports physicals for students entering grades SK-Grade 12 on Monday, July 8 from 9-11 a.m. in Ellers Gym at Cherry Road. The physical is $20 and checks should be made payable to Harding Academy.

All athletes are required to have a new physical each year in order to participate in sports. The physical will include a comprehensive screening by a nurse practitioner and is accepted by TSSAA and local athletic organizations for all fall, winter, and spring sport athletes for the 2019–2020 school year.

All SK–Grade 12 athletes MUST have their physical on file in the athletic office by the first day of practice.

If you prefer to go to your personal physician, click here to print the TSSAA sports physical form or pick up a form in person beginning on July 8.
