Tour de Memphis Little Harding Style
To celebrate the amazing generosity of our families during the recent fundraiser Little Harding students were treated to a Tour de Memphis.
The Little Harding Tour de Memphis allowed the students to experience some of the best things Memphis has to offer without ever leaving our school building! Students walked, jogged and rode bikes on the Shelby Farms Greenline. They acted out the animals for our very own Memphis Zoo. They fished at the Bass Pro Shop in the Pyramid. They shot basketballs at the FedEx Forum. To close out the experience, they danced to the music of Elvis at Graceland. Each student was awarded a medal by our very own Harding Lion (Miss Debbie) and was treated to a piece of chocolate from Dinstuhl’s. In addition to celebrating a successful fundraiser, we hope this special activity helped our Little Lions love their hometown!
