Veterans Day Assembly 2018
On Monday, November 12 we observed Veterans Day with a special program to honor our veterans. Our lower school students led by lower school music teacher Laura Burns sang, “Three Cheers for America” and our A Cappella Chorus directed by Harrison Howle and Senior Wind Ensemble directed by Colby Canterbury performed “The National Anthem” and the “Armed Forces Medley.” Our own Maj (ret) Stan Hendrix, TNANG welcomed everyone and presented our speaker for the event. The 164th AW Color Guard posted the colors and the Veterans Day address was given by Col Raymond S. Robinson, IV Commander, 164th Airlift Wing, TNANG. Our head of school Mr. Trent Williamson led the opening prayer and senior Thomas Rovery led the closing prayer. A special thanks to all our veterans for your service.
