Honduras Mission Trip 2018
A group of 15 students traveled to Tegucigalpa, Honduras on January 14 and spent the week working alongside Ambassadors for Christ, an organization that serves the people of Honduras.
Our students assisted with a medical and dental clinic, held a VBS for local children, visited a women’s prison, distributed bags of foods to a local village, cooked food for a local hospital and cancer center, passed out food at the local landfill, and visited a nearby nursing home.
It was an incredible trip and a difficult trip. Our students were exposed deep brokenness, but we also saw the hope that Ambassadors for Christ spreads in this brokenness. Pray for our group as they continue to wrestle with all that they saw and experienced.
