Sports Physicals for SY2017-18

for all rising 6th–12th grade athletes

Cost: $20.00

This physical is TSSAA approved for the 2017-2018 school year and is good for fall, winter, and spring athletes. If you play a sport next year you must have a current physical on file with the athletic office before you can practice. This physical includes a comprehensive screening by family physicians, orthopedic specialists, and athletic trainers.

There is a packet of information and forms parents and athletes must fill out and sign prior to the physical. Athletes must come by the athletic office to pick up the packet and pay the $20 fee.
