On Saturday, April 30 our Junior Chorus, Small Ensemble and A Cappella gave their spring concert performances led by our upper school director, Brooks Gatlin. The students did an outstanding job.

Chorus Church Concerts
The A Cappella chorus begins their church concert series at Goodman Oaks church of Christ the Tuesday night before Thanksgiving. This is the first concert that a lot of former members of the group attend when they are home from college for the holidays. A favorite tradition of the church concerts is having former members join the chorus at the end of the concert for the last two songs. It’s always wonderful to see the past members along side the new members singing songs of praise.
The concerts start again in January and run through the end of April making around 12 concerts from November to the first of May. Below are pictures from the church concert at Germantown church of Christ:
Junior Chorus
During the spring semester chorus director, Brooks Gatlin took the junior chorus to the lower school campuses to perform for our younger students. The chorus performed several selections to the delight of the younger students, including ¡Cantar!
