Congratulations to the varsity baseball team who played in their 4th regional championship in the past 5 years and won their 3rd regional championship in 5 years by beating USJ 4-2. Senior Jake Sutton along with juniors Nathan Ruble, Ty Wooton, Casey Harford and Noah Sharp were named to the All Tournament Team. Senior Jake Criswell was named tournament MVP.

May 12
The baseball game was rained out. The game is now scheduled for 4:30 Friday, May 13 at USJ.
May 10
The Lions defeated USJ 6–3 and will play the winner of the USJ/ECS game for the regional championship Thursday, May 12.
May 8
On Friday the baseball team beat Fayette Academy 10–0 and Saturday, May 7 they won over NCS 10–6. Next they will play USJ at their field Tuesday, May 9.
The Lions play Fayette Academy Friday, May 6 in the first round of the tournament. Go Lions!
