Soccer Meeting with Coach Kabano

Last year, many of you met Patrick Kabano, Harding’s new varsity coach for both girls and boys soccer. Coach Kabano is a former professional soccer player and a current league player who has over 25 years experience coaching college and club teams.

Coach Kabano previously served as the director of coaching at Panathinaikos Soccer Schools Memphis Academy and was an assistant coach at Rhodes College in 2012. Over the past summers, he conducted an Elite Soccer Camp at Vanderbilt University for their women’s soccer program. This summer, Coach Kabano has directed off season training and summer camps for players of all ages from Harding Academy’s upper and lower schools. These summer programs have been designed to build and strengthen all levels of our soccer program at Harding Academy.

Coach Kabano and I want to invite all of our soccer families – those with players from SK through grade 12 – to join us on Thursday evening, July 30 in the main lobby of the Cherry Road campus so that we can share with you why we are excited about the future of Harding Academy’s soccer program. Light refreshments will be served in the lobby beginning at 5:15 and we will move into the auditorium soon after 5:30 for the meeting.

You will have the opportunity to visit with our soccer coaches and athletic department staff, as well as administrators and board members, and hear an update on the renovation of the outdoor athletic facilities on the Cherry Road campus. This is a don’t miss evening for soccer families at Harding Academy!
