Join us for a special event – Hear Joseph Solomon – the Spoken Word poet!
On Friday, November 6th Harding Academy will welcome spoken word poet Joseph Solomon to the Cherry Road Campus. Joseph will meet with students who will be participating in our Poetry Out Loud competition to give them advice on how to be a better spoken word poet. Following this session the entire student body will take part in a Q & A session where Joseph talks about how his faith impacts his art. After this discussion, he will perform spoken word poems LIVE on the O.O. Emmons Auditorium stage. This event is free to the public and begins at 1:40 p.m.
