Congratulations to our 2015-16 Athletic Award recipients!
Saturday was the TSSAA Division II-A State Invitational in Nashville, and both our Lady Lions and Lions track teams finished in first place. This is the second consecutive year that both of our teams have won the State Invitational Championship, finishing first among all other Division II-A schools. We now continue with preparations for the Regional and State Championships, where we hope to have continued individual and team success.
Every year we recognize the seniors on our athletic teams at the last home game.
Seniors Isaiah Cummings and Jerrod Smith have committed to continue their football careers in college. Isaiah is headed to Culver-Stockton College to play for the Wildcats and Jerrod is going to Millsaps to play for the Majors. We wish them the best of luck!
