Mrs. Jamerson’s First Grade Explores Farm Life
Mrs. Jamerson’s first graders have adopted a dairy cow! Her name is Felicity, and she lives on a farm in Riceville, TN. Through learning all about the farm, students have had the chance to practice math, learn science, and improve their reading. Last week, students had a virtual chat with Farmer Anita, and they got to see Felicity on the live feed. Students also received agriculture and dairy resources from Discovery Dairy to learn about cows, milk, cheese, ice cream, and other dairy products. Thank you to Mts.
