Drop–Off & Pick–Up Schedule

The end of the school year is fast approaching! We have set up collection/distribution days so that you can pick up items left on campus and return items assigned to you. Please note that unless you are a senior or not re-enrolled, you will only be returning items assigned for this school year (like textbooks), not items assigned for your entire time at Harding (like iPads).

When is my student’s drop-off/pick-up day?
SK–grade 7: Monday, May 18, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Grades 8–9: Tuesday, May 19, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Grades 10–11: Wednesday, May 20, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Grades 12: Thursday, May 21, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Where should I go for drop-off and pick-up?
SK–Grade 5: Lower School circle Grades 6–12: Main entrance

Important Notes
~This is a drive-through process. All students and parents should remain in their cars. School employees will collect and distribute items at the locations above.

~Contents of student lockers and athletic lockers will be bundled and included in this process. Students will not come into the building.

~All items distributed at this time will have been on campus since the safer-at-home order began. Risk of contamination is minimal. Still, parents and students should plan to put their bundles into their vehicle’s trunk or other storage compartment and should implement decontamination procedures upon arriving home.

~Students in grades 6–12 will receive individual email messages that include lists of items they are expected to return.

~Fines and fees will not be collected at this time but will be added to your FACTS account.

~Families with students in two or more grades should come at the time scheduled for the youngest student. For example, a family with both a 9th and a 10th grader will come on 9th grade day (May 19).

~Families with both lower and middle/high school students should come on May 18 and plan to make two stops—one at the lower school circle and another at the main entrance.
