Lower School Students present WILD About Harding Lions

This year’s Lower School program “Wild about Harding Lions” took us into the jungle with all kinds of animals. The students were great at pretending to be gorillas, tigers, snakes, and so much more! We also met a young lion named Leo who stood out from his pride because he would rather love other animals than hunt them. Our program combined two stories by Giles Andreae and David Wojtowycz called Rumble in the Jungle and The Lion Who Wanted to Love. These stories and great songs like “Lions” by Skillet, a chapel song called “Who’s the King of the Jungle,” and an original version of “Kind, Peculiar Friend” written to the tune of “The Bare Necessities” combined to make an unforgettable performance! BRAVO!
