Harding trap team competes in the SCTP National Competition

Congratulations to these 11 Harding athletes who participated in the Scholastic Clay Target Program National Competition in Marengo, Ohio earlier this month. Over 2,300 total athletes competed in the event and it draws over 10,000 spectators. Harding’s team had 11 25-straights and 5 personal bests.

The squad of Cooper Whitfield, Shelby Turner, Davis Lane, Hayden Riley, and Tristan Karpicke finished top 50 squad in the varsity division.
The squad of Sam Karpicke, Hunter McWilliams, Brooke Kenworthy, Kristen Powell, and Austin Morse finished top 25 squad in the open division.

The team also competed in the state competition in Nashville in mid-June.
