Thousands of shooters and over a hundred schools from across Tennessee converged on the Nashville Gun Club for the TNSCTP State Championship. Most shooters and schools have competed for several years, but no Harding shooter had ever competed in a shooting sport before 2016. But the Harding Lion Shooters did the school proud and finished in the top 15% of schools statewide.

Team scoring put Harding Delta Squad in 7th place overall in a division with 50 teams from across Tennessee.

In “Intermediate Team” we only had four shooters, yet they combined for a score high enough to finish in 11th place out of 44 teams. Most teams have five shooters, and the scores accumulate.
