Yvette Oswell

Yvette and her husband Maurice have one son, Blake. Yvette was born in Pine Bluff, AR, and is a member at the Mississippi Boulevard Christian Church.

Yvette is currently on sabbatical as regional medical director for United Health Care as she cares for elderly parents. Her favorite thing about her profession is educating patients about their health and advocating for them to receive the best care possible.

Yvette’s favorite subject in school was English. She loves the art of language and reading a good story. She still enjoys reading in her spare time and especially loves biographies. Her favorite movie is the one she saw on the first date with her husband—Remember the Titans.

Yvette’s favorite thing about Harding Academy is the prevailing culture of doing what’s right in all things according to Gods word. Her deep hope is that the school prospers and stays in good academic, financial, and spiritual health as promised in 3 John 2.
