Harding Academy’s Cherry Road campus will be closed tomorrow, Monday, August 24

Due to ongoing power outages caused by the recent storm, our campus will be closed, Monday, August 24.
Please carefully review the following details regarding tomorrow’s closure and schedule changes:

• Power Restoration Status: We still do not have an official restoration timeline from MLGW. We are monitoring the situation closely and will send out further updates tomorrow as we know more.
• Freshman Retreat: The Freshman Retreat has been postponed. Rescheduled dates and additional details will be shared once school reopens.
• Athletics & Afternoon Events: The Athletic Department will assess campus conditions and coordinate with opposing schools tomorrow morning before making decisions regarding afternoon practices and games. Coaches will communicate all updates directly to families via TeamReach.
• Other Extracurriculars: All other after-school activities, clubs, and non-athletic events remain canceled unless explicitly noted by a sponsor.
• Lunch Link Orders: All Lunch Link orders for tomorrow have been canceled, and refunds will be processed automatically.
