It’s bake-off season! This week, our French students have spent time in the kitchen baking delicious treats. Our French 1 class made crêpes, and our French 2 class made Tarte Tatin aux poires! The Tarte Tatin involves making both pastry dough and caramel from scratch. C’est délicieux!
