Kevin Starks is 2015–16 State of Tennessee Coach of the Year

Kevin Starks has been selected by TSSAA as the 2015–16 State of Tennessee Boys Basketball Coach of the Year. This distinction encompasses all schools, public and private, large and small, in the state of Tennessee. The 2015-16 Harding Academy boys basketball team took home a historic state championship win last season when they came back from 31 points down with 4:04 left in the third quarter to claim the championship title. Coach Starks was also recently voted as the Memphis MOST Best Memphis Sports Coach. Not only does Starks inspire his students on the basketball court, but he most importantly provides a personal example for their daily Christian walk.
