2016 Div. II-A West Region Volleyball Tournament

2016 REGION CHAMPIONS

Oct. 6:
Lady Lions are the 2016 Region Champions with a 25-20, 25-21, 25-21 win over St. George’s!





Lauren Deaton, Antionette Lewis, and Taylor Ferrante were named to the All-Region and All-Tournament teams. Lauren was also named MVP.


Mollie Arnett and Kimari Terrell were named as honorable mentions to the All-Region team.

Congratulations also to Coach Michael Sansone who was named Coach of the Year for Division II-A West in his first year as head coach.



Oct. 5:
The Lady Lions advance in the tournament with a win over Tipton-Rosemark. Harding 25-25-25, TRA 18-7-15. Next up Harding vs. St. George’s for the championship.




Oct. 1:

The Lady Lions beat Fayette Academy 3–0 and advanced to substate. They will play Tipton Rosemark Wednesday October 5 at 6:30 at Tipton–Rosemark Academy.

Our varsity volleyball team will play in the region tournament this Saturday, October 1 at St. George’s. The game is at 7:00 p.m. We play the winner of the USJ-Fayette Academy match.
