3rd grade field trip to Mud Island
Our third graders enjoyed a day of adventure on the Mississippi River last week. The morning began with a Memphis Riverboats cruise complete with an audio history of the river. After the cruise, students had a blast exploring the Mississippi River Museum at Mud Island, riding the monorail, and walking barefoot through the River Walk. It was a beautiful day to learn more about our river’s history and appreciate our wonderful city.
