NYC Tribute Trip

Dr. Bill Srygley, former Harding Academy teacher, is planning a special trip to New York City next summer in honor of Barry Lumpkin, Jim Chester, and Colby Canterbury. They have a combined 89 years of service to our fine arts department, building our band and chorus programs with talent and dedication. Alumni and friends of Harding are welcome to join in this special trip to the Big Apple.

You’ll start the morning with a breakfast followed by a tribute to one of our honorees, then you’ll have a two-hour bus tour (you can depart the bus at any stop you choose). From there, you’ll have a free afternoon and evening to explore the city! All of the details including cost and daily schedule can be found here.
