We are partnering with The Humane Society of Memphis and Shelby County and Hollywood Feed to host a Puppy/Dog Drive before and after the show on Saturday. The Humane Society will be here with the friendliest and cutest puppies and dogs who are in need of a home. The event, which is open to the community, will be on April 9 from 1:00–3:00 p.m. The play will take place from 2:00–2:30 p.m. The drive is free, but the adoptions themselves have a fee. Hollywood Feed will have a goodie bag of supplies for owners who begin an adoption that day. In addition, a portion of the proceeds from the Disney’s 101 Dalmatians KIDS production will go to the Humane Society.

Plot Synopsis:
The Dalmatians Pongo and Perdita happily raise their fifteen Dalmatian puppies in a small, loving home on the edge of Regents Park in the city of London. (“Dalmatian Conga”). Nanny cares for the lot of them, including their human pets: Roger, a composer, and Anita, an artist. Part of the family’s routine is watching and singing along with their favorite television program (“Thunderbolt Adventure Hour,” “Kanine Krunchies”).

One day, their fabulously rich neighbor Cruella De Vil stops by for a visit and notices a potential source for her new black-spotted fur coat! After Roger refuses to sell the puppies, Cruella storms off (“Cruella De Vil”) and plots with her henchmen to steal them (“Cruella’s Scheme”). With Nanny and Anita out of the house and Roger asleep at the piano, Horace and Jasper lure the puppies away to Cruella’s fur vault using Kanine Krunchies as bait (Kanine Krunchies Reprise,” “The Fur Vault”). Realizing their beloved puppies stolen, Pongo and Perdita appeal to the dogs of London for help (“Twilight Bark”).

Despite the fact that she’s now wanted by the police, Cruella is determined to get her new fur (“My Beautiful Coat”). Headed by the resourceful cat Sergeant Tibbs, the dogs rescue the puppies from the fur vault, along with dozens of other Dalmatians, and capture the thieves (“The Chase”). As the police take away Cruella and her nincompoop helpers, Roger, Anita and Nanny decide to live with all 101 Dalmatians happily ever after (“Dalmatian Plantation & Finale”).
