A group of Harding Academy students and adults recently spent 6 days in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, working with Ambassadors for Christ (AFC). Here they are pictured with our friends that work at AFC.

Our group spent one morning handing our hot food and water at “The Dump,” where dozens of Honduran children and adults work and live. Pictured: Seth King and Ian Sharp

Our group spent a day in a remote village in the mountains. They assisted with a medical and dental clinic and held a VBS for the children. Here, Hannah Wright, Mallory Wyatt, and Deanna Hutson play with one of the children.

Our group spent one morning worshipping with gang members in a prison outside of Tegucigalpa.

Our group partnered with a local church to distribute bags of groceries to families in remote areas. Jake Darnall and Carter Galbreath are pictured here, unloading some of the food bags for church members that we couldn’t travel to visit.
