LEAP Enrichment Class: Cooking Basics

It’s a new semester, and we have exciting after-school LEAP Enrichment classes! This week we kicked off with Cooking Basics taught by Ms. Annabelle Amy, a former Harding Academy student and current nursing major passionate about healthy eating. Students are learning proper kitchen safety, how to measure ingredients, and how to follow recipes correctly. Throughout the class, they will take home samples and recipes to share with their families.
