2026 Esprit de Corps award recipient, Tom Dickson

We are thrilled to announce our recipient of the 2026 Esprit de Corp award, Tom Dickson. Tom came to Harding Academy in 1998 to serve as President after retiring as a colonel in the Air Force. A great servant leader, he brought stability along with lightheartedness and fun during a time of transition. He helped to begin the Bible Ceremony, one of our most beloved traditions to date, and he launched our endowed scholarship program. He has a deep love for Harding Academy and her students, and he was a crucial person at a crucial time in our school’s history.
