Collins named Best of Preps
Private School Athletes of
the Year
Last month Tyler and Courtney were named Harding's Athletes of the Year, and Friday night June 6, they were named Athletes of the Year for ALL the Private Schools in the Mid-South. The award was part of the Commercial Appeal's Best of the Preps yearlong competition. Harding finished second in the overall school award for Private Schools which is determined by the school's success in District, Regional, and State competition. Ryan Dulaney (Boys Golf) and Lindsey Allison (Volleyball) were finalists for the Best of Preps Individual award for their respective sports.

Also named to the All Metro Baseball Team: Tyler Hickman, Louis Nelms, Chis Nunn, Kyle Shaw, and Tyler Stanford.

Lions defeated Davidson Academy 4-3 to complete an undefeated State tournament and earning Harding Academy the first ever State Championship in Baseball.
